When will I receive my order?
We ship Monday - Friday. Orders ship within 1-3 business days from Indianapolis, IN. We ship UPS ground but you have the option at checkout for faster delivery. If you choose faster shipping your order will ship the next business day. No weekend or holiday deliveries.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, orders totaling $75.00 and higher automatically get free ground shipping. Orders $74.99 and under ship via ground for $8.00 You have the option at checkout for faster delivery. $30 for next day air and $18 for 2-Day.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship around the world via the United States Postal Service. Orders to Canada ship via International Priority Mail for $25. To all other countries we use USPS Global Express for $50. Delivery times vary for International shipments and the receiving country may collect customs fees at delivery.
How can I cancel an order?
