If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at www.simonefrance.com you may return or exchange within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Before you decide to return, consider exchanging for a more suitable product. We will work individually with you to find the right products for your skin.
Please make sure you follow the steps below exactly for a successful return or exchange:
1. Obtain an RMA number. Contact our customer service department at email@example.com or 877-416-1311 and tell us your name, your invoice number, which products you are returning or exchanging and why. For instance, if a moisturizer is too rich for your skin, you may want to exchange it for a lighter one. Or, you may simply just want to return an item for a refund. In either case you will be given an RMA number and the address to send the unwanted product.
2. Send us the unwanted product, your invoice number and your RMA number to the address you were given
Be sure to include all parts, pieces, and accessories and your RMA# with your return shipment. Returns/Exchanges received without RMA numbers will not be processed.
Customers pay for return/exchange shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Returns/Exchanges will be processed and approved, credits (not including shipping) issued or replacement products shipped within five business days of receipt.
Customers must obtain an RMA# and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit or exchange.
Returned products are subject to inspection by Simone France staff. All parts, pieces, promotional items, (e.g. gift with purchase) and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by Simone France Inc. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds or exchanges on products purchased and returned or exchanged more than once.
Returns that do not meet the return/exchange policy criteria will not qualify for a refund or exchange in that case and the customer has the option to have the product returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed.
Refund/exchange eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on any return shipment.
Refunds/Exchanges are made based on the dollar amount paid (exclusive of shipping paid) for the returned item. In the event that the exchanged product is not of the same dollar amount, the customer will have a store credit balance for use on a future purchase (with no expiration date) or will be charged any additional amount, depending on the price of the new item.
