Helpful Tip

Never apply any cream on your eyelids or close to the tear ducts overnight. This will most likely cause puffiness in the morning. In time this will stretch the skin and create problems. Drinking alcohol late at night, eating highly spiced or salted food and eating dinner right before bed will likely create puffiness as well.
